Returns & Refunds

If the return is approved and the product is received in its original, unopened condition, a refund will be issued.

Please note:

In the event of a warranty claim, the product may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection and assessment before a decision is made.

• Use a protector: Always use a mattress/pillow protector to guard against spills, stains and wear.
• Regular maintenance: Twist and turn your mattress regularly and vacuum it to promote airflow and keep the product hygienic.
• Cleaning stains: For accidental spills or soiling, do not use harsh cleaners, bleach, solvents or abrasive chemicals that could damage materials or finishes. Spot-clean gently with mild soap and water.
• Dry completely: If the mattress or pillow becomes wet, allow it to dry completely before replacing the protector or putting the mattress back on its base.
• Its not advised to get base wet.
