- Use a protector: Always use a mattress/pillow protector to guard against spills, stains and wear.

- Cleaning stains: For accidental spills or soiling, do not use harsh cleaners, bleach, solvents or abrasive chemicals that could damage materials or finishes. Spot-clean gently with mild soap and water.
- Dry completely: If the mattress or pillow becomes wet, allow it to dry completely before replacing the protector or putting the mattress back on its base.
- Its not advised to get base wet.
